    Good hotel with excellent amenities like 24-hour reception, rooftop pool, and fitness centre. I still remember how the staff helped print my documents on my first stay. Highly recommend trying the snack menu too!

    The location was fantastic and beautiful, to highest tower with easy access to a shopping area and a market. The breakfast was extensive and absolutely stunning and offered a great selection of great food.

    We were shown around two fantastic spots, the lake view and the bustling markets. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. Perfect for a group vacation, with a great pool and breakfast to start the day right.

    One downside was that the bathroom fixtures seemed a bit worn, which did take away from the overall experience.

    Very helpful staff (especially the concierge) , excellent pool and fitness facilities. Roof top bar is also very special with excellent service. Overall a very good 4 star hotel

    As is the custom in Vietnam - restaurant closes at 21:00 but room services is available.

    Let me break it down for you

    The hotel boasts an very nice location by the lake and friendly staff that excel in service. Our Premier Lake View Room offered beautiful views. The terrace bar was perfect for enjoying sunsets during afternoon tea, although the selection could be enhanced. This is a stay worth recommending.

    Current renovation activities means it is noisy during the day. We could not stay in our room more than 15 minutes at a time during the day.

    The hotel was big, with pleasant staff and marvellous location very close to the ' Hop On Hop Off ' bus stop. The check-in was efficient, we liked main bar. Lobby had a cafe. Location: the property was right by a shopping area, all local attractions and restaurants and halal restaurants.

    solid stay with a few bumps

    I enjoyed a spacious Beautiful Twin Room that offered a good city view. The gym and pool facilities were great, accommodating all my fitness needs. Friendly staff, especially at check-in.

    The hotel has a stunning view from its windows over the West Lake. The room was very comfortable and clean.

    The hotel is quite far from the city center, so you either have to be prepared for long walks or for paying for a taxi. The jacuzzi and steam room area was a bit destroyed and seemed to be quite dirty as well.

    Loved the views and friendly staff!

    We had a blast during our 4-night stay! The room had fine views over the lake, and the rooftop bar was perfect for post-dinner drinks. Staff were super nice, especially at the lounge where we enjoyed afternoon tea. One thing tho, the spa experience was noisy and could use more attention to detail.

    Location of this hotel is far from down town. Less than half room have got lake vew. Lake is rather dirty.
