This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like 24-hour reception, rooftop pool, and fitness centre. I still remember how the staff helped print my documents on my first stay. Highly recommend trying the snack menu too!

Had an amazing time with my friends! We were shown around two fantastic spots, the lake view and the bustling markets. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. Perfect for a group vacation, with a great pool and breakfast to start the day right.

One downside was that the bathroom fixtures seemed a bit worn, which did take away from the overall experience.

i had a fantastic stay at pan pacific! the facilities like the swimming pool and gym were excellent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were a real treat. the location next to a lake with plenty of shops was convenient, and the view from my premier lake view room was lovely. the personal trainers were amazing, ensuring i got the most out of my workouts!

We had a great time at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a fresh omelette station and countless hot and cold options! ! Seriously, I downed three fresh turmeric ginger juices – the immune boost I needed during these chaotic times.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the experience made it acceptable.

The Summit Lounge is an absolute gem! Sipping cocktails with a view of West Lake was the highlight of our evenings. Plus, the staff were super friendly, making our entire experience feel warm and inviting. The gym? It's the biggest we've seen in a hotel, perfect for staying active during our stay.

Now, the dining could use a little TLC. We tried the pancakes, and let's just say they weren't winning any awards. The rest of the room service was good, but that pancake flop left a sour note.
